About Trial Lessons

Trial lessons are available for all new students and run for 30 minutes. They’re a great opportunity to meet your teacher, get a feel for how lessons work, and ask any questions you may have.

Availability & Lesson Offers

Trial lesson times are offered based on current availability in our teaching schedule. If you’re offered a regular lesson time after your trial, that slot will be held for 24 hours to give you time to confirm your enrolment.

 Payment

• Trial lesson fees must be paid prior to the lesson.

• Trial lesson fees are non-refundable.
   

Rescheduling or Cancelling

• If you need to cancel a trial lesson, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice to avoid the lesson being forfeited.

• With more than 24 hours notice we can reschedule as long as the lesson still takes place within the current term. At the end of the term the lesson fee will be forfeited. 

• Students who choose not to proceed with their trial after booking and payment understand that fees are non-refundable.
   

 Punctuality

• Please be ready to start your lesson when the teacher arrives. 

• If a student arrives late/is not ready to start their lesson, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. 

• If the teacher is running late, we will do our best to extend your lesson to make up the time or offer a small discount on a future enrolment.
   

General Notes

• Lesson time may include brief chats with parents/guardians at the end for feedback or discussion.

• We kindly ask that the lesson be held in a communal space, not a bedroom or private area.

• Please avoid eating or drinking during lessons (water is fine).
